10 executives meet up to nine times a year to solve problems, evaluate opportunities and work on their business and personal issues.
An expert guides the meetings and focuses on facilitating the knowledge of the membership and are part facilitator and part coach totally committed to the success of the group members,

They help stimulate thinking; frame issues, guide discussion and ensure accountability in the group. The group digs, deep topics can be intense. Issue “Clarifying” is a structured approach to thinking through the dynamics of a challenge.

Along with clarifying your business issues and uncovering solutions with Board Members, you receive one-to-one coaching each month with the Board Chair; these sessions help you identify your most important needs and opportunities to bring to the board for solution gathering.
