Nine times yearly, CEO Resource Board Members block off their calendars, leave their offices, and step out of their daily activities, to spend the day with ten respected business peers in a confidential work session.
There’s nothing like the feeling in the room when ten dedicated leader’s get together to help one another succeed. They all come into these meetings with a bunch of issues, and the “beauty of this board is we all walk out with a clear sense of direction.”
Within this confidential meeting, these business leaders put their most important decisions and most significant challenges on the table. They troubleshoot problems, vet ideas and pressure test assumptions. They help identify each other’s blind spots. It’s inspiring, motivating, and intense.
Every meeting is completely confidential; here is the dialogue of participants using a method called issue processing to keep the conversation focused and productive. This structured framework leads to clear and actionable next steps.

Membership Eligibility 

To be eligible for membership in a CEO Resource Board Group, a prospective
member needs to meet a minimum of two of the three business and/ or experience
qualifying criteria:
  1. Annual Revenue over $5MM (or projected within next 12 months)
  2. Employee headcount over 10
  3. Business Leadership experience level – more than 5 years’ experience running a Company

Board Groups are limited to 10 members only

Coaching and Educational Services

One-on-One Coaching Sessions:

Members receive up to eight (8) one-hour one-on-one coaching sessions per year
with the Group Chair. These sessions provide executive coaching to explore a
member’s issues and opportunities and a platform for accountability for actions
needed to improve performance.
